Job Description:

As an Executive, HR Operations at TrustyGrowth, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective operation of various HR functions. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR activities and providing support to employees across the organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company while gaining valuable experience in HR operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. HR Administration: Handle a range of administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping. Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  2. Payroll Processing: Assist in payroll administration, including processing timesheets, calculating salaries, and addressing payroll-related queries. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.
  3. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Assist in resolving employee issues and escalate complex matters to the HR Manager as needed.
  4. Recruitment Support: Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, scheduling candidate assessments, and facilitating communication between hiring managers and candidates. Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, and managing applicant tracking systems.
  5. Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Support managers in tracking employee performance and identifying development opportunities.
  6. HR Reporting: Compile HR data and prepare reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, headcount, and recruitment statistics. Assist in analyzing data trends and making recommendations for improvement.
  7. Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives. Ensure that policies are communicated effectively to employees and compliance is maintained across the organization.
  8. Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee surveys. Collaborate with the HR team to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in HR administration or operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.
  5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  7. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
