Responsibilities:

  3. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  4. Collaborate with department heads to establish and monitor departmental budgets, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
  5. Lead the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP standards.
  6. Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to assess financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Manage cash flow, investments, and banking relationships to optimize liquidity and maximize returns.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and health management, incorporating innovative ideas into organizational strategies.
  9. Develop and implement health and wellness programs and initiatives to promote employee well-being, productivity, and engagement.
  10. Collaborate with HR and wellness committees to design and deliver health-related seminars, workshops, and activities.
  11. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to offer health-related services and resources to employees.
  12. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health and wellness programs, collecting feedback and making adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  2. CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification is a plus.
  3. Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and analysis, with at least [X years] of experience in a similar role.
