Job Description

As the Group Marketing Manager at FreeShop, you will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across our retail locations. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across multiple channels and markets.
  2. Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
  3. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including print materials, signage, digital content, and product packaging, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
  4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
  5. Collaborate with product teams to develop and launch new products, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer preferences.
  6. Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and monitor campaign performance to achieve ROI targets.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and maximize impact.
  8. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to drive performance and career growth.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, merchandising, and operations, to align marketing efforts with business goals and priorities.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in retail marketing, incorporating innovative ideas into marketing strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
