Job Description
As the Group Marketing Manager at FreeShop, you will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across our retail locations. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across multiple channels and markets.
- Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including print materials, signage, digital content, and product packaging, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop and launch new products, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer preferences.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
