Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the senior design team to conceptualize and design web interfaces that align with our brand identity and user experience goals.
2. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and iterate on user feedback.
3. Design and optimize graphics, icons, and other visual elements for web pages, ensuring consistency and coherence across the platform.
4. Collaborate with developers to implement responsive design principles and ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web design, incorporating innovative ideas and techniques into your work.
6. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the quality of designs and user experiences.
7. Support the marketing team with the creation of digital assets for promotional campaigns, social media, and other online channels.
8. Assist in maintaining and updating design assets and documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia Design, or related field.
2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and familiarity with web design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
3. Strong understanding of web design principles, user interface design, and user experience best practices.
4. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, but not required.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Portfolio showcasing previous web design projects and demonstrating your design process, creativity, and technical skills.
